Into The Haze

INGREDIENTS

• 60ml Blue Duck Rare Vodka
• 20ml Lemon juice freshly squeezed
• 20ml Simple syrup
• Fresh ginger
• Soda

METHOD

Muddle fresh ginger in a shaker, add remaining ingredients with ice and shake vigorously, double strain into a tall glass. Top with soda and garnish with mint, lemon wheel & edible flowers.
