Duck Sour
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Blue Duck Rare Vodka
- 30ml Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1/2 Fresh egg white
METHOD
Shake ingredients together and strain into chilled saucer glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. Make simple syrup by combining equal parts water and sugar, heat in saucepan until sugar dissolves. Cool & refrigerate.
