Ingredients

45ml Blue Duck Rare Vodka

30ml Feijoa syrup

30ml Apple juice

Half a Kiwi Fruit

6 Mint leaves

Method

Peel the kiwifruit & muddle in a mason jar, slap & roll mint leaves to release their aroma & add to jar, add other ingredients, fill with ice & top with soda. Swizzle or stir to combine, garnish with fresh mint & a kiwifruit slice.
